Not able to connect to Gallery intermittently

Hi,

Currently we are using 2018.1 version.

From last 1 week, we are unable to connect to Alteryx Gallery intermittently. Attached .png has the error details.

After few hours, even without any changes it connects. After sometimes it disconnects.

This has been repeating and causing our users to not be able to work on gallery

Appreciate if any insights can be provided to get the gallery connection issue resolved.

Issue Fixed:

Alteryx service was running with 'Local System' user.

Changed it to run with the Alteryx System user.

To check the owner of Alteryx Service users:

Run services.msc in Run command and find out

Did anything change during the last week in terms of the networks, security upgrades, password resets etc?
