Alteryx Gallery App with dates

Question

Hi !

My client has created a private Alteryx App in the Gallery with a selection of dates (from a date to another). He has no error when he lauches the app, and the result is correct. But when his colleague uses the app, one of the date changes with one day earlier.

For example, he chooses an action from 10/10/2016 to 21/10/2016, and in the output file, the end date is 20/10/2016 in place of 21/10/2016.

I tried the app and I don't have the problem either.

Where the problem can come from ?

Sorry to pick this thread back up but i've been having a similar issue where dates that work without any issues on desktop seem to change when run from the gallery.

This doesn't seem to just be a timezone issue as dates sometimes change from 1-2 days all the way to switching from the first day to the last day of the month.

Has anyone else experienced the same and know how to resolve?

Are both users using the same timezone on their desktop as the Alteryx Server?
