Subscription creation date format error oddity

Question

First time installing Alteryx Server and configuring subscription and running into an odd error message.  Note the format on the error message indicates that the date should be YYYY-MM-DD.  However note the date format on the expiration date is MM-DD-YYYY.  Any idea on what I may be doing wrong and how to resolve this issue?

I can confirm the use of format YYYY-MM-DD is correct not sure why the placeholder displays otherwise :

I use chrome as well and never run into this issue.

What is your Server version?

try switching browser. Found similar issue in IE but works for me in Chrome,

Interesting catch! Typically I use yyyy-mm-dd when entering data in that field and have not had any issues.
