I am working two spreadsheets with two different spreadsheets, one with 300 records and another 1200 records. I am joining this reports and getting into one and then need to compare two coloumns. But not getting the report in proper shape. Below is the samples. Geeks, please help
what i did is joined both but not getting complete entries, while joining. Need to sort and then compare paycode and amount.
Any difference inadvised and paid with same emp id with same paycode amount needs to flag as variance.
