Concat the Column Names from previous Row

Hi All,

The scenario is as follows:

	Sales			Profit
Product	Retailer 1	Retailer2	Retailer 3	Retailer 1	Retailer2	Retailer 3
A	20	10	15	12	13	14
B	29	12	43	34	34	54
C	12	43	53	43	54	24
D	54	43	12	23	64	78
E	23	56	44	13	23	43

The sales and profit needs to be concatenated with the next row.

Product	Sales-Retailer 1	Sales-Retailer2	Sales- Retailer 3	Profit-Retailer 1	Profit-Retailer2	Profit- Retailer 3
A	20	10	15	12	13	14
B	29	12	43	34	34	54
C	12	43	53	43	54	24
D	54	43	12	23	64	78

How would this be possible?

Yes this is definitely possible and something that i've done a few times when client side.

Example workflow attached. One of the key elements is in the input tool and to check the option 'first row contains data'.
