Error after uploading a workflow to Server - unable to run the workflow

Hi all, 

Tearing my hair out with an issue on Alteryx Server, workflows are uploading fine but now not running. Error message below received.

Can anyone please help?

Could not load file or assembly 'AlteryxDocument, Version=2018.2.4.47804, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

I am also facing similar issue when I try to read a file form a server path.

let me know if you find solution for this problem or any alternative I can work on
