Allocate Input tool

Question

How do I get the Allocaate tool to connect to a data set. Tool shows "No Allocate dataset available" in the "Choose a Dataset" drop down box? Have tried >settings and defaults, but these drop down boxes just say "None"?

Trying to input "US Census 2010" from Chapter 5 of book?

The Allocate Tool requires the data install that includes Experian data.  The US Census data isn't the correct dataset.  The Data Bundle install requires a Data License in conjunction with an Alteryx Designer license.
