I have major struggles with the Transpose function in general, but specifically at this moment I have data in the file attached below (noted as Input). I want to get it to look like the format noted as Output.
This is a bit more complex than a standard transpose because the header is in the leading field, however this can be resolved using a multirow formula tool to essentially tag which items contain the values and which the header.
