Formatting output data in a CSV

Question

The output file type is a CSV(needs to be in a CSV)

I need the first column to consist of 7 numbers

and the second row of data in the F column

What tools can I use to make this happen in my workflow?

Could you use a Formula Tool to create some dummy columns (String type with empty string for value ""), then Select Tool to get the proper column ordering?

@JohnJPS's suggestion is where I would go as well. Confirmed it works.

Plus to get the leading zeros in your first column, use the PadLeft function. (To do this, you will need to convert the first column to a string data type.)
