Association Analysis Error JSON

Question

Hi everyone,

I am running association analysis with a excel file, but it has a Error

the erro is "error: Association Analysis (11): Tool #9: Error in rjson::toJSON(iplotCorr3_(dat = as.data.frame(the.data), corr = cor.res2)) :"

In the before line     Association Analysis (11)    Tool #9: NULL

And after line Info: Association Analysis (11): Tool #9:   unable to escape string. String is not utf8

can help me?

Hi Criston,
I fixed the problem, it was because the label names had spaces and some letters uppercase.
I think R has not recognized

Hi @julius, so glad you resolved it!  Yes, R is very particular about naming conventions.  Best practices are to use only letters and underscores.
