Unable to download Alteryx version 10.5

Hello,

I am running Alteryx 10.0 on my laptop and now want to upgrade to Alteryx 10.5, unfortunately not able to do so.

I download the 10.5 version from the Alteryx site even after the successfull install i see the version on my laptop as 10.0.

I even uninstalled the 10.0 version and then did a clean install of the 10.5 version yet it says i have Version 10.0

Please suggest possible solutions

i would first UNINSTALL Alteryx, then install it. See if this doesn't help.

Thanks Marquee for the suggestion, however like i mentioned in my initial post i have already tried that.

Maybe i will give it one more go.
