Sharepoint List Output Error

Hey Guys

Im trying to output entries into a sharepoint list but i keep getting this error:

Error: SharePoint List Output (134): Error Adding Record #: 1 Error: 0x80020005The operation failed because an unexpected error occurred. (Result Code: 0x80020005)

Cant quite find what is calling the problem. The columns being output are the same as the columns in the sharepoint list.

Any help would be great

@Rohitpm I can't tell you a solution but perhaps it is not just the names you must check but also the data types.
