Hi All,

I am using the formula tool in a boolean field , i am expecting to have outcome yes or no based on this formula i am attaching on boolean "0" as No, "1'" as Yes, but for some reason all the field is outputting is FALSE, can someone help with this?

IIF ([Experience_muscle_Weakness], "YES","NO")

If the input data [Experience_muscle_Weakness] is a type = boolean, then the values of the incoming data are {True, False}.  When you output the data and want the values of "YES" and "NO", then you need to define the output variable as a STRING with a minimum length of 3 (e.g. V_String 3).

Then your formula will work as desired.
