Remove the last row/record in the group

Hi all,

I would like to setup a logic to remove the last row in the same group id as highlighted below. Not sure if it's possible? Many thanks.

1	1	19.5
1	2	-19.5
1	2	19.5

Anything is possible in Alteryx, it's just how you get there
