Extracting data from unstructured Excel

Hi all,

I'm having trouble extracting data from an unstructured Excel file. The file contains a certain data set that repeats multiple times in the sheet. From each data set I need to extract a few data fields. Please see below for an example. The first screen shot is the raw file, the second screen shot the output I want to achieve.

Any tips or recommendations to get me started? I've attached an example Excel file for reference. Many thanks!

Multirow formula is king here! You can use it to copy down the Team and Office data you need and then filter out everything else:
