Activating license key

Question

I am facing an issue when I tried to activate a license key,  I select "Activate License Key" from  the options menu. it pop-up a window and I enter the license key, my email address is already entered. When I click the Activate button, the license key just simply disappear and nothing happens, no errors is popping up.

If you are having a licensing issue with a version 11.7 or lower can you please try again? I've learned we had an issue with the licensing system that should now be resolved.  If you find you still can't activate please reach out to us.
