I believe Credly is the only place to find it now. I found this passage in a certification FAQ

Why are Certification Badges no longer displayed in Community?

The Alteryx Certification program is part of Alteryx Academy and focuses on validating skills
through learning and exams. Alteryx Community is designed for users to connect and share
knowledge. Certification badges are no longer displayed following the migration to a new
Community platform.

I was able to locate the cerftifications in Credly.
Feel sad that they have remove it from the community.
