Alteryx Server 2025.1 – Salesforce Input Tool Failing with Plugin HTML Error After Upgrade

Hi All,

We recently upgraded our Alteryx Server environment from 2024.2 to 2025.1.

After the upgrade, most of our scheduled workflows are running successfully. However, workflows that use Salesforce Input tools are failing with the following error:

Error - ToolId 40: Error: Unable to resolve plugin HTML 'SalesForceInput\SalesforceInputEngine.html'

Observations:
- The issue is specific to workflows using Salesforce tools
- Other workflows are executing without any issues
- The failures started immediately after the upgrade
- AMP engine has been enabled where required

Has anyone encountered similar issues with Salesforce tools after upgrading to 2025.x versions?

Could you please share any guidance or required steps to resolve this?

After the upgrade most likely they might have upgraded the connectors.

Could you confirm if the have updated the salesforce connector ? If yes than you have to replace the salesforce connector within the workflows to fix this.

If you have a lot of workflows that would be a tough job.

Try with one flow to see if it works.
