Hello Community,
I am working on a workflow that can be separated into different cycles and enabled/disabled depending on which cycle needs to be run. However, I am running into an issue where not every company will have Punch Detail (PDR) data available for each cycle, causing the workflow to fail.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent the workflow from failing when a company is not present in the data?
For example, Cycle B includes 11 companies, but not all 11 companies will necessarily have information to report during every run. If a company has no data available, I would like the workflow to automatically skip that company and continue processing the remaining companies successfully.
I have attached a screenshot of my workflow and would greatly appreciate any guidance or best practices you can share.
