Tableau Output Tool publishes schema but 0 rows to Tableau Cloud after tool upgrade
Hi everyone,
I'm running into an issue after updating the Tableau Output Tool and was hoping someone has seen this before.
My workflow has been running successfully for a long time. After updating the Tableau Output Tool, I initially received the following error:
Column type mismatch at index; new: TIMESTAMP old: TEXT
I resolved the issue by aligning the field types and the workflow now completes successfully.
The final output shows number of records and also creates a table in Local Hyper file.
### The problem
When I open the published datasource in Tableau Cloud:
* All fields are present
* Table name appears correctly
* Preview shows **0 rows**
* Existing workbooks connected to the datasource return no data
Has anyone experienced a situation where the Tableau Output Tool successfully overwrites a datasource but only publishes the schema (fields) and no rows?
Are there any known issues with recent Tableau Output Tool versions publishing empty datasources to Tableau Cloud, or additional settings I should verify?
