Clean Inventory Table

Question

I have a txt file that some rows extend the item name to the next row due to character limitations( see FixedBendHousing below). Trying to build a workflow to fix this issue so I can have a clean inventory table matching columns exactly.

I agree with @Qiu. What I can see that Item and Descriptions seems to have the same text, if this is true to all entries simple use Formula tool and use Description as a variable for Items
