I’m one of the student in UTM Skudai, Malaysia and had registered for the Alteryx student academic account with an verified academic email in April 2026. But, I am completely not receiving any email with contents of license key from Alteryx Email after my registration. I can surely confirm the issue did happened since I had completely checked my spam and trash bin mailbox.
I’m here to genuinely wish this issue can be solved as soon as possible because I am really frustrated and facing this problem since more than 1 month.
