Unable to translate alias

Question

Hi,

I am new to Alteryx. I have installed the Alteryx designer recently and tried to access the existing workflow which is being used by my coworker who had the designer since longtime. I have setup the ODBC connection same as him which is using Microsoft SQL Server database. So when i try to access the working version of the workflow for my coworker i encounter the error "Unable to translate alias". I did went through the web searches, even the alteryx threads. Please help with some pointers.

If you create an indbc file on a shared network drive, that would make it easier to share the workflow and deploy in a server as well

Thank you. I was able to identify and fix the issue. Issue is the DB connection was not setup under "Manage Data Connections".
