Failed to create Designer workflow: Failed to emit create workflow IPC event: failed to broadcast IPC message: failed to launch Designer before sending IPC message: Failed to launch Designer: Alteryx Designer not found. Please ensure Alteryx Designer is installed and try again.

I did learn that we actually also have an issue logged and a fix in progress for the Offline when not offline message. Look for that fix in a near-term update soon after Inspire.

Hi Simon,

Thank you for being an early adopter of the Alteryx One app. There is now a label for it available in case you want to add that.

I can tell you that we already have a defect logged for the external exposure of the "IPC" message so that should be fixed in a future update. Is it possible that you do not have Designer installed?

Alteryx One app will look to detect a Designer install of a matching "type" and per-user/non-admin is the default download for the Alteryx One app, if you install via command line with /ALLUSERS it would install per machine which would look to detect an Admin version of Designer.

If you do not see a fix in the next week or 2, please consider creating a support case and provide your logs and they should try to get the version of Alteryx One app you are running, which they can walk you through how to get until it is available from in the app itself. That will help us be able to dig into this further.

Oh, by the way, you can notice the magnificent "You're currently offline" which is of course wrong..

This is really frustrating.
