Build Trusted Workflows & Scale Across Teams
Alteryx One desktop app: One Place for Everything
The Alteryx One desktop app gives analysts a single, unified place to build, analyze, and scale their work across the full Alteryx platform. From one desktop application, you can launch Designer, access cloud capabilities, connect to shared workspaces, and work within a consistent, connected environment.
This unified experience helps you get started quickly, stay focused, and move seamlessly from one step of your analysis to the next. Prepare data, build analytics, leverage AI, and operationalize insights all through one desktop app.
It also accelerates how you turn data into meaningful outcomes, with features like:
- Built-in AI assistance
- Intuitive onboarding
- Cloud-based saving and sharing
- Sharing, versioning, and visibility of workflows
- Folders and tagging for saved desktop assets
You can build workflows faster, collaborate more easily, and extend your work across teams and use cases. Everything from data preparation to automated insights and operational workflows is connected, giving you a clear path to deliver repeatable, scalable analytics that drive impact.
Think of it as one login, one canvas, one consistent experience from raw data to automated actions.

Designer 26.1 + LiveQuery: Real-Time Insights, No Data Movement
One of the biggest performance upgrades in this release. Designer 26.1 with LiveQuery lets you analyze BigQuery data directly in place using pushdown processing, so you can work with live data on massive datasets without the cost or risk of copying it first.
- Query BigQuery in place and analyze without duplication
- Significant performance improvements for large-scale data work
- Real-time insights on datasets that used to take hours to process
If you regularly work with large cloud datasets and have felt the friction of moving data around just to analyze it, this is the update you've been waiting for.

Data Labels: Built-In Trust Signals for Governed Analytics
As analytics and AI scale, knowing what data you can trust—and how it should be used—becomes critical. Data Labels introduce standardized, visible governance signals directly into the user experience, helping teams quickly identify certified assets, understand sensitivity, and ensure approved usage across workflows and outputs.
• Clearly identify trusted, certified datasets and workflows immediately
• Apply consistent labels for sensitivity, compliance, and AI usage
• Improve discoverability and reduce risk with embedded governance context
Instead of relying on tribal knowledge or manual validation, Data Labels make trust explicit so teams can move faster with confidence.
Move faster without getting stuck, and stop repeating your work
Most of the time, the slowdown isn’t in building the workflow itself. It’s everything around it. Figuring out the next step. Troubleshooting when something breaks. Explaining results. Re-running the same analysis for different people.
This set of updates is all about removing those moments so you can stay focused and move faster.
Start building—and keep building—without losing your momentum
You're in the middle of a workflow and hit something unfamiliar. Or something breaks. Or you need to add a step you haven't built before. Or the data coming in is a mess of PDFs, emails, and text that your current tools can't touch, but you don’t know which tool to use and how to configure it to bring in your approved LLM. Instead of stopping to search, test, troubleshoot, or rebuild from scratch, you can just describe what you want and keep going.
- Build or modify workflows using plain language
- Bring in AI models like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to process documents, unstructured text, and changing data formats—directly inside your workflow, without API setup or rebuilding logic elsewhere
- Get suggestions when something looks off
- See exactly what changed and why before you move forward
It feels less like "AI doing the work for you" and more like having the right help exactly when you need it—whether that's fixing logic, handling data your workflow couldn't process before, or just getting unstuck without breaking your flow.
Give Ask Alteryx a Try
Spend less time interpreting results
Getting an output is easy. Explaining it is what usually takes time. Instead of digging through results to understand what changed, you get a clear view of the drivers right away.
- Instantly see what’s changed and why
- Get explanations in plain language you can actually share
- Move from output to action without extra analysis
- So you’re not stuck translating dashboards into answers—the answers are already there.
(Preview) Agent Studio: Build AI Agents on Trusted Data
If you've built something useful, you've probably been asked to run it again. And again. And again.
Agent Studio (now in private preview) lets you take your most trusted datasets and make them usable for others—without fielding the same requests on repeat.
- Turn your data and analysis into conversational experiences others can use
- Deliver consistent answers grounded in your logic and your numbers
- Reduce ad hoc requests and free up your time for higher-value work
- Your expertise scales without turning into more work for you.

(Preview) Alteryx One MCP Server: Bring Alteryx into Any AI Tool
Even if everything is built in Alteryx, the questions rarely are. They happen in Slack, Teams, SAP, Salesforce, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Instead of copying results out or rebuilding logic somewhere else, your workflows and curated insights can now power answers directly in those tools.
For you as an analyst, that means:
- You don't have to recreate logic or re-explain your definitions in every platform where people work
- People get answers grounded in your workflows and your analyst-curated insights—not raw data they'll interpret differently every time
- Your numbers, your logic, and your definitions stay consistent, even when the conversation happens outside Alteryx
- Your work reaches more people, without losing control, duplicating versions, or starting from scratch somewhere new.
