Can’t activate my license key due to blank page

Hi Everyone,

I am currently facing an issue where I am unable to enter the license key in the activation field. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Alteryx, but the issue still persists. The activation page continues to appear blank, with only the header visible and no field available to input the license key.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue for your reference, as it may help provide a better understanding of the problem and assist in identifying a solution.

Hi OTrieger,

May I know what is the other options since this way is not solving the issue. This is the interface that I have encountered once I got into the Alteryx. When I click on "OK" there would be an error like I have shown previously.

Are you running Alteryx as Administrator?

You can try to clear the licensing cache folders, deleting everything in the folder but not the folder itself:

you might have this one or might not C:\ProgramData\SRC\FlexeraLicenseManager\

C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\

%AppData%\Alteryx\

Before doing it you will need to close Alteryx.

There are other options if the above will not work.
