I recently passed my Alteryx Designer Cloud Core and received the initial automated confirmation email stating that my official certificate and digital badge would arrive from Credly within 48 hours. It has now been 14 days and I still have not received any email from admin@credly.com. I have thoroughly checked my spam and junk folders. To resolve this, I attempted to send an email to certification@alteryx.com, I got an email from the team to send my details back to that email. But my reply mail bounced back with a "message not sent / delivery failed" error. I also tried certificaion@alteryx.com with the same result. Could the @AlteryxCertification team or a community moderator look into this and help me get my badge re-issued ?
