How do I convert TEXT report (Data) into an Excel based columns

Question

Hi, I have the below report, I want to ignore all headers and only need the column header and data into Excel columns.  How do I do that… Txt file attached..

Import the data into Alteryx, remove the rows that are not needed, Use the Dynamic Reaming Tool to get the headers and write the data out in Excel format. Obviously you can set the data type as needed as all the data will be in a string format.
