Does anyone know how I can change my user email for the Alteryx Community? I was able to update my email for Alteryx Designer (desktop), but I can’t find where to change it for my Community user account in Alteryx. Any guidance would be appreciated.

@chandra_balusugure Could you please explain how the process is now when changing from one company to another company? Previously I had to contact Alteryx Support to get access to my account for moving to my current company, but now as the process seems to have changed. How to ensure you keep your account between companies, especially if you no longer have access to your previously email and account. Or if your email changes while at same company, for example name change.
@Imaizumi I am experiencing the same issue. I currently have an open support ticket with the Alteryx team, and they are reviewing the case. When I follow Chandra’s steps, it tells me that an account already exists with my other email. However, now it says it doesn’t, but I still get an error.
If you log in to Community or AlteryxOne with your new email address before making changes in MyAlteryx, a new email account will be created, preventing you from changing your email address in MyAlteryx. In this case, you need to delete the new email account in MyAlteryx. Once you have successfully deleted it, you can migrate your account using the email change function in MyAlteryx.
