Hello,
I am a Data Engineering student at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and I have been locked out of my license for over a week.
My laptop was recently reset by a service center for hardware repairs. Since the reset, I receive the error: "A license key could not be activated."
I have emailed the SparkED team but haven't received a response. I cannot deactivate the old machine ID myself because my portal login does not show the "Machines" tab.
