Urgent: License Activation Error after Laptop Factory Reset (Student)

Question

Hello,

I am a Data Engineering student at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and I have been locked out of my license for over a week.

My laptop was recently reset by a service center for hardware repairs. Since the reset, I receive the error: "A license key could not be activated."

I have emailed the SparkED team but haven't received a response. I cannot deactivate the old machine ID myself because my portal login does not show the "Machines" tab.

License Details:

* Portal Login: chau@graduate.utm.my
* License Application Email: chauyingjia04@gmail.com
* License Key (last 4 digits): 7213

Could a moderator please help me "flush" or deactivate the old machine registration so I can continue my studies?

Hi @amais_SparkED , I hope you’re having a good week. I just want to follow up on this request as my assignment deadline is getting very close and I'm still unable to activate the alteryx designer.

I haven't received a new key in my email yet. And the old one still cannot be used. Could you please check if there is any update from your team? Thank you so much !

Hi @amais_SparkED , thank you very much for your reply and guidance! I tried the learner form as you suggested, but I am still receiving the 'Verification Limit Exceeded' error.

Since the automated system is still blocking me, I would really appreciate it if you could push this through manually as you mentioned. I have an urgent assignment due very soon and I need Alteryx Designer to complete my required coursework.

Please let me know if you need any further details from me to generate the new key.
