Designer Core Certification

Question

Hi there,

I completed my Designer Core Certification on April 15th, received the exam results via email, and the badge was visible on my profile shortly after. However, it no longer appears to be displaying and my no of badges say 0. I see that it is an intended change with the new rollout, but I still haven't received the certification from credly as well.

Could someone please advise on the next steps to resolve this?

Hi @swethasnair Badges are no longer being added to Community profiles now that the certification has been moved to the Alteryx Academy. Badges will still be awarded via Credly, and added to your Credly profile. If you're having trouble please reach out to support@mail.academy.alteryx.com so they can assist.

There are some folks who do have certification badges on their Community profile, but those will be removed in early June.

It seems that the new rollout changed the visibility of your badge. Since you haven't gotten the Credly certification yet, the best thing to do next is to contact the certification support team or Credly's helpdesk directly with your exam details and completion date. They can check your record and give you a new badge or certificate to make sure it looks right on your profile.

Give it some time, with the new Community overhaul there are some extended lag's and things that need to be fixed.  -Jay
