Post-Migration Issues: Interactive Lesson Permissions and Broken Tool Mastery Images

Hi Team,

Since the community migration on 04/15/2026, I am encountering two major technical blockers that are preventing me from using Alteryx Academy resources:

1. Interactive Lessons Permission Error: Every interactive lesson I try to access returns a "Permission Problem" error stating: You need the Vanilla.Discussions.View permission to do that.

    2. Disabled Images in Tool Mastery: All images within the Tool Mastery articles are currently disabled or failing to load, making the documentation difficult to follow.

These issues appear to be related to the new platform's permission settings and content hosting. Could you please look into this to restore access for the community?

I am also having this issue. I just started with the Getting started learning path as I will now use Alteryx at work. Has anyone received information on a fix time?

I am experiencing this same issue with my account. I am a Instructor for an online course and my whole class is having this issue 2 days before the course ends. Is this something that can be fixed ASAP?
