In Output Preserve Sheet 2 and amend Sheet 1 nd save data date wise daily

I am building a solution which is divided in 3 parts

Part 1 : Getting daily reports in which below Accounts counts should update against 

Input

Transaction Type	Accounts	Processor

Output : here MOL34 = STP V, MOL02 = Existing User and so on : 1st column should be as it is and rest will keep updating per daily input record

Part 2 : the data is saved in monthly excel and we only need most recent or Yesterdays record to capture in Output (if it is 9 April today, we should be getting data or records of 8 April only no older records.

and in part 3 in Output there are 2 Sheet in Excel Sheet 1 ( Daily report) should have data or records from run and it should save daily excel with Sheet 2(Instructions) untouched. it should save excel date wise with both Sheet with above condition.

Part 1 - Recommend using CrossTab Tool.  Process will be your new Headers and Accounts will be your Values.

Part 2 - Are you saying that your Input comes from a daily Excel file?  If so, you can use Directory Input Tool + Sort Tool (Descending on Create Date) + Sample Tool (keep only the first record, aka the latest 1, 2, etc.) + Dynamic Input Tool to bring in that files data.

Part 3 - I would recommend building out a Template Excel file.  You can copy/paste the excel file using the Blob Tool.  Then just write data into Sheet 1 and leave Sheet 2 (your instructions) alone.  Here's a good article on the Blob Tool:  The Blob: Reporting That Isn’t From a Horror Film - Alteryx Community
