I have had issues for almost two months, I have been granted a log in for alteryx but when I try and go to the download section I get the below error. I have also tried on my home laptop using my work log in details but I get the same error. I previously had a license and then when changing roles it was not needed so it was cancelled and now I have it again and im curious if perhaps there is something wrong with my account/license set up? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
