Sending emails with dynamic multiple file attachments.

hello All,

we have created workflow where output files are generated on SharePoint. we would like to attach these generated output files in email tool and send one email which ever files are available. Kindly note, file numbers will be varying. so i want dynamic solution to send multiple files in single email. 
I don't want to use macro as we are not familiar with it.

please let me know if there is any other solution to achieve above use case.

Hi @sparkle

Sending the a copy of the files defeats the purpose of making the files available through SharePoint.  Instead of this, include the links to the files in the email.  Use the Report Text tool to format the links and include the output of this as the body of the email.

Hi,

First of all, as far as I know, there is no way for the email tool to read directly and/or dynamically from sharepoint.

But the workaround I would use is to download the files from sharepoint for dynamic processing, and (assuming the naming is standardized) dynamically choosing the files for the email tool to read.

Are you trying to attach these files in the same workflow?

This could be solved through using control containers, making sure the files are already saved to sharepoint before trying to dynamically.
