ToNumber(Switch(REGEX_Replace([Months], '[^A-Z]', ''),0, 'Week',7, 'Month', 30, 'Year', 365)) + IIF(Contains([Months], '+'), 1, 0)

but , 1 year = 12 month ? 😂

Formula tool would be the best bet! The reason why are examples like the months - is one month always 30 days or can it be 28, 29, 30, 31 days?

You can use an IF statement to basically say IF it CONTAINS this word, do this calculation...
