Inputting PDF Invoice - Data is all scrambled and no headers are pulling in

I have a PDF invoice attached. I have inputted the PDFs into Alteryx but the data is all scrambled and all the headers are not pulling in. I am trying to get the data to look like the PDF as much as possible or just pull in the data in the boxes on the PDF. Any help is appreciated.

I am using the PDF to text tool. I was able to get the same thing you have in your screenshot. Is there a way to make edits to this format or do I need to convert the data in someway so I can clean up the data and only use the data that I need.

The latter - you read in the data and then use more tools afterwards to clean it however you need!
