Field Names are not appearing in Select Tool

I am running a workflow that I have previously used for the last 2 years and found that this time around, when trying to see what column names to bring in using the select tool. The field names (column names) are not being brought in from the previous tool.

For example, when I run a filter i get the following data with the column headers

Then when I try to run the next tool, select - the column headers are not showing

I have tried removing the tool and inserting a new select, and get the same option. The auto-configuration is also not checked off in the user settings.

The following is the way the workflow is currently structured.

Nothing is wrong. When you have a Dynamic Rename tool before running the WF you will not be able to see the new names therefore the select tool is not recognizing them yet. You will have to run the WF to see the names reflecting in the Select tool.
