As the title states, I've been trying to renew our academic license for over a month. I've sent our information in to all the usual channels, support, procurement, directly to a number of people, to the Alteryx site No replies. No feedback.
Every year I encounter roadblocks to renewing our licenses. This has been the worst. I've followed all the instructions, recommendations, etc... but get back crickets.
Can someone at Alteryx reach out to me?
