Alteryx Design Activation

Question

I downloaded Alteryx Design. To activate the license, I am required to sign in Alteryx One. I put the email I use to sign in Alteryx Portal, but  no code is sent to me. I checked the spam, and I did it 2 days ago.

I'm using free license from school email.

Please help me. I can not find any videos, instructions.
