Conditional data addition in next column with row split

Dear Experts,

I need you input to build the workflow with a new business case.

We have 2 set of constant values which need to be appended along with the input data file values in output data.

In input data we have 2 columns "Code" and "Indicator".

if in input data, only code value is available then 1st of constant values needs to be added.

if in input data, code value and Indicator both the values are available then 2nd of constant values needs to be added in next column

I am sharing the input data and expected output data example in attached sheet. Thanks in advance for your input.

I'm not sure i'm following what you're asking. In the attached file where you have input and expected output.... I'm thinking you are just wanting to append the "X" values? If so, this is how I would do it (using Find Replace Tool):

If not, can you please provide more context?

@jrlindem gave you 99% of the solution, as there is here a condition with set to be used, you can set a new column that will populate o or 1 based on the condition if only the code available or if both values available, then you can filter the data and connect the 2 set of data as showed in @jrlindem solution, what left will be to union the data. If the order of the lines important you can add a RecordID so you can sort the data after the union.
