I was given access to a shared mailbox/shared email. I see the shared email and its contents(folders) in my outlook desktop and online.
When i select the shared email in the outlook 365 input app it is not able to find the folders under that email and is giving me an error saying - "Resource not found for the segment".
I am trying to figure out what the issue is. It feels like it probably is an internal issue but anyone faced this before and what worked for you to resolve this?
