403 Forbidden error

Question

While trying to login to Alteryx Academy - learning path, I'm getting 403 forbidden error, but I can log into the Alteryx academy homepage. I hereby attached the screenshot of the same. Someone, kindly look over into this and guide me through.

Hi, I'm logged in by using incognito mode. It doesn't work for me neither.

Please verify that the account is active; if an account has not been established, you can create one by visiting https://academy.alteryx.com/  using the MyAlteryx option

1. Clear your browser's cache and then try to log in again.

2. Use an Incognito window to attempt logging in.

3. Should the error continue, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Additionally, please keep in mind that Success Customers who create new accounts may experience a delay of several hours before their content is visible.
