Batch Macro - Folder Iterations

Question

Hi,

I am trying to create a batch macro, where I have a main folder "customer" > it has different subfolders of unique names ? inside that it has latest files associated to that subfolders.

I want to iterate over each of the subfolder and fetch the latest file. I have tried creating a macro for that but its not working or macros doesn't work with directories.

Can you help me with this ?

I assume you are using a directory tool to fetch all the file information in your workflow. In the directory tool, select the “Include subdirectories” option. This will fetch all the file paths from the subdirectories.

@diksha_dev agreed with @binu_acs with the addition that once you read in the paths, I would look at separating the folders into their own column so that you can Sort by Created Date descending and Sample the first 1 row grouping by that folder
