Data Prep/Grouping

Question

HI folks, I need some help summarizing some data.  In the attached file I'm trying to group all data at the ClaimNum level.  I'd like to have one record per claim which means that the LossAddress, Provider and Doctor fields will all represent multiple values in their respective fields.  The LossAddress field is simplest since it would only reflect a single value, but the Provider and Doctor fields should have multiple values each.

Any guidance is appreciated!

Group by claim number and concatenate on the other fields using a Summarize tool! if you have one of the newer versions, you can also concatenate distinct
