Server Usage Report in Gallery - Mongo error

Question

Hi when i run the server usage report in designer on server v2025.2 it runs without issues, however if it runs in gallery is seems to still run and create the output files but i get this message only in the logs.

Has anyone seen this before?

Mongo error: "Document 0 is too large for the cluster. Document is 17839622 bytes, max is 16777216.: generic server error" code: <mongodb:18>

Hi @NatSnook ,

Are you logged in to the Server as the service account user? The only thing I can think of is that the service account may be using a different ODBC driver configuration.

If that is the case, I would check the advanced settings of both ODBC DSN setups.
