Alteryx Designer does not visually mark a workflow on the canvas as “published.”
When you open a workflow in Designer, it looks the same whether it came from Gallery or is just a local file — there is no icon, banner, colour, or flag on the canvas to distinguish it. If I have 2 wfs opens (Gallery, Local File), the canvas looks the same. The only way to spot the difference is hovering over the name.
Recommendation, add something before the WF name in the canvas.
(In the images below, I had to change the WF name to avoid confusion)
