Need help fixing the format of data

I need help cleaning this file, please. As you can see, cells F40–F43 are empty but shouldn’t be. I need assistance in shifting the rows from F41–F44 to the left. Specifically, to fill the empty cells starting at F40, the value from F41 should move to F40, filling the empty cell with the number to its right; the same applies to F41. F42 should contain only 95 and 90, while columns F43 and F44 should remain empty. The empty cells are null due to extraction issues.

Hey @Sivory18, I don't have access to Designer Cloud, but I've attached a sample workflow that demonstrates the underlying logic for your reference. You can use the transformation tools to reshape the data structure, which will then allow you to fill the empty values accordingly. The RecordID column is included to help restore the original row order after the transformations.

@Sivory18 some records are not having values in all the three fields, what is the expected output for these columns?
