404 forbidden on self paced learning in alteryx

Hello Team,

I am a student user with an active Alteryx Student License.

I can log into the Community successfully, but I am getting a 403 FORBIDDEN error when trying to access Self-Paced Interactive Lessons.

Kindly enable Interactive Lesson access for my Community account.

What link are you using? All interactive lessons have moved to the new Academy: Homepage - Alteryx Academy

I am having the same issue. I usually use google, i tried using Edge but got the same 403 error.

this one got opened , this link is working ! , but after some time I can get logged out due to session expiring , then how will I be able to get back without the error ? Will I always have to come back to your message and use that link

At least something is working! I am not sure though, probably best to submit a case through MyAlteryx: Cases

i am able to access that page, but still its not like Alteryx, its all info on excel. Which unfortunately wont work, bc i need to get the Alteryx certification for one of my classes

Part of certification is learning the tools listed on the Certification Prep Guide, which I am confident some of those tools would be tested on - so it is still good practice!

this link shows the same 404 error , the one that you shared before was only working , I thing the Alteryx team needs to resolve this issue

yeah down in the replies they gave a link of Alteryx academy , not the catalog one the one before that

Hi, are you able to select this menu, then Course Catalog? A colleague of mine received the same error message, but found this work around.

yeah that works....but when you open these videos and watch them there are three things given in the course description interactive lessons , quiz and one more but after interactive lessons it doesn't go to quiz and manual so when I try to click on it to attempt it , there is no respond to that

We are actively working to address this issue as swiftly as possible. Although we cannot provide a specific timeline for resolution, we would like to offer the following recommendations:

Please first verify that the account is active; if an account has not been established, you can create one by visiting https://academy.alteryx.com/ using the MyAlteryx option

1. Clear your browser's cache and then try to log in again.

2. Use an Incognito window to attempt logging in.

3. Should the error continue, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Additionally, please keep in mind that Success Customers who create new accounts may experience a delay of several hours before their content is visible.
