Date format change

Dear Experts,

My input file contains dates mainly in 2 different formats. Could you Pls help me with the workflow to convert the input date format in simple format?

Yes, this is possible.  You need to consider each format on it's own.  My example first splits the obvious "-" vs "/" options then uses DateTime Tool to convert.  When you see the DD/MM vs MM/DD you're going to get an error that creates a NULL so then you can just Filter and split those records and then use DateTime again to convert.

The limitation is when you don't know if it's DD/MM vs MM/DD (example 01/03/yyyy... is this March 01 or January 03).  Unless of course all your records are DD/MM/YYYY, then you can simply adjust my workflow to regard all of those records with foreword slashes in that format.  I couldn't tell if you had both derivatives or if they were all DD/MM.
